Millicent's Outfit For Shooting

Before shooting, the shot which includes Millie and Yasmin, I tested make up on them both. Millies make up looked most successful with dark powder, a golden glittery eyeshadow and other eye make up such as mascara and eyeliner. Millie looked attractive and would most definitely conform to the male gaze. Millie wore a floral blouse, underneath a green jumper and black trousers, with glittery socks and red brogues. Millie looked most successful as she conformed to the ideas expected of what an actress within the indie genre would wear and look like.

This shot was for the purpose of the final scene, of revealing Millie's gender as a female, as my expectations for my music video is for the audience to be convinced the person behind the shot of eye line view is a male, but yet I planned for them to be shocked as I once reveal as the end that it is not in fact a hetrosexual relationship, but rather a homosexual relationship between two females.
